Model portfolios

Six example portfolios built by published rules — the same for everyone.

Model portfolios are example portfolios built by fixed, published rules from the scores and data on this site. They are general research, identical for every visitor, and not a recommendation for you to buy or sell anything. Whether any of it fits your situation is your decision.

How the models work

The same for every visitor, built by rules, tracked forward.

  • Every visitor sees the same models; nothing here is based on your portfolio, goals or answers, and none of it is personal advice.
  • Each model is a published rule over the scores and data on this site — nobody picks names by hand.
  • Instruments with a hard red flag or a low-confidence score never enter a model.
  • Caps per holding and per sector; closed-end funds and BDCs only as a small satellite (at most 10 % in total and 2 % each).
  • Rebalanced monthly (first business day on or after the 15th) and when a rule changes.
  • Every change is logged with its date and time (UTC) next to each instrument's ratings.
  • Results are tracked forward from the first publication only — never backtested.
