1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ai-stock-predictions.com and our associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Stock Predictions provides AI-generated stock market forecasts, analytics and educational content. AI-Stock Invest, part of the Service, provides market and macro data, rules-based scores and red flags, screeners and a dividend calendar, calculators, analytics of the portfolio data you provide, a goal planner and an AI assistant (AI-Stock Analyst). The Service is available via the website and applications for iOS, Android, Windows and macOS.

3. Not Financial Advice

• Nothing on the Service is a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.
• Forecasts, Smart Scores, flags, screener presets and market briefs are general information published identically for all users. They do not take your personal circumstances into account.
• Portfolio analytics describe the data you provide; calculators and the goal planner apply the inputs, targets and rules you set. Their results are illustrations, not financial plans.
• The AI assistant is an automated system, not a human and not a licensed adviser. It gives general information, and its answers may contain errors — check important facts.
• We do not execute orders, manage portfolios or hold client money or assets.
• AI-generated predictions may be inaccurate. Past performance and backtests do not guarantee future results.
• You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
• You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

4. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or its data
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Not misrepresent AI-generated predictions as guaranteed investment returns
• Connect only read-only keys or tokens to AI-Stock Invest
• Comply with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations

5. Subscriptions, Payments and Your Right of Withdrawal

• Paid plans — Premium (the AI forecasts) and the AI-Stock Invest plans Pro and Elite — are sold through Whop, which acts as merchant of record: Whop processes the payment and handles VAT and sales tax. Prices are shown in US dollars and include VAT where it applies.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your Whop account; access continues until the end of the period already paid. One-time passes do not renew.
• Existing forecast plans keep the forecasts; the AI-Stock Invest tools require an Invest plan, and the Invest plans include the forecasts.
• If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Use the Withdraw from contract here function, linked at the bottom of every AI-Stock Invest page and on your account page, or write to us at [email protected] within those 14 days; we confirm receipt by e-mail straight away.
• When you buy an AI-Stock Invest plan or pass, the checkout asks you to request that the service starts immediately and to confirm that you will pay for the days used if you withdraw. If you made that request, we refund the price minus the days used up to your withdrawal (pro rata); if you did not, or we cannot show that you did, we refund the full price. Refunds are paid through Whop to your original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal.

6. Broker Connections

AI-Stock Invest can import positions from a brokerage account through a read-only key or token that you create at your broker. The connection is read-only: we never place, change or cancel orders in your account or move funds, and where the broker's interface allows it we refuse keys with trading or withdrawal rights. You are responsible for the permissions of the keys you create; you can delete the connection on the Service or revoke the key at your broker at any time. Figures calculated from broker data may differ from your broker's official statements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, data, software, graphics, trademarks and other materials on the Service are the property of AI Stock Predictions or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any predictions or data.
• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• We shall not be liable for any financial losses resulting from investment decisions based on our content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

9. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including brokerage platforms and app stores. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of any third-party sites.

10. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms or engages in activity that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
