SPB Exchange is the largest organizer of trading in foreign securities in Russia. The SPB Exchange Group includes several entities that enable the company to provide a comprehensive range of financial services to its clients: a bank, a depository, a clearing center, and a central counterparty. In 2022, investors executed approximately 115 million transactions in foreign shares and depositary receipts on the SPB Exchange. More than 2,300 securities from Russia, Hong Kong, the United States, and Europe are traded on the platform. In 2022, SPB Exchange reported a 10.3-fold increase in net profit.
