The Group serves more than 45 million retail customers and over 1.3 million SMB clients. Regarding potential conflicts of interest: The broker belongs to the same group as the Issuer, disseminates information about the Issuer's activities, and receives compensation for executing investor orders to trade the Issuer's shares. To mitigate the risk of conflicts of interest, the broker disseminates accurate information disclosed by the Issuer and, when executing orders, acts exclusively in the interests of the investor.
